Inspired by an unforgettable trip to Rio de Janerio in 2017, Harrison's senses were swept away by the fresh fruits, smooth alcohols, and feel good vibes served on the Copacabana beach. Returning to the UK, Harrison made the same cocktails (and created mocktails) for family and friends, who ranted and raved until he packaged his art for people at home, as if they were "By The Bar"...

We use premium spirits and non-alcoholic alternatives, fresh home made syrups, blended fruits, but more importantly, no water or ice to fill up our bottles. This ensures you receive a quality drink, bursting with flavours for you to enjoy. 

Our glass bottles are recyclable and when possible, made from recycled glass. We post our bottles in cardboard boxes (and in some cases, BPA free plastic) as part of our environmental well-being to the community and planet.
